ARVADA
Arvada is located approximately six miles northwest of Denver. Arvada offers easy access to the mountains west, as well as Downtown Denver. Arvada has many parks & recreation areas. The Center for Performing Arts is one of the outstanding cultural centers in the metro area. Most of Arvada is located in the Jefferson county school district.

AURORA
Aurora is adjacent to the city of Denver, directly to the east. Aurora is the closest city to DIA, being about a 15-minute drive. Aurora has it's own water supply & storage system. Aurora offers two public reservoirs, recreation center & city pools. Less than one hour drive to the Rocky Mountains. Aurora is served by the Cherry Creek school district and the Aurora School district.

BRIGHTON
Brighton is located north of Denver it offers easy access to DIA (10 Miles), Boulder and all northern communities. Brighton is the county seat of Adams County. This rural agriculture area is growing by leaps and bounds. Brighton offers Country living near the metro-area. Brighton is served by the Brighton 27J School District.

BROOMFIELD
Broomfield is located directly between Denver & Boulder just off US 36 (Boulder turnpike) Broomfield is a city and county of it's own. Broomfield has somewhat of a rural flavor to it. Broomfield is a strong business community that has attracted manufacturing, high-tech companies, and retail development. Four School districts serve Broomfield, Boulder Valley District RE-2 serves most of Broomfield, , Adams Count school district serves Northglenn, Thornton and part of Broomfield. Jefferson County School District R-1 Serves all of Jefferson, including a portion of Broomfield; and St. Vrain Valley School District, which served Longmont and the portion of Broomfield in Weld County.

COMMERCE CITY
Commerce City is located just north of Denver is has easy access by Highway 76, Highway 85 and E-470. Commerce City offers an award winning recreation center and new golf course and a national wildlife refuge. The Adams County School District 14 serves the City of Commerce City.

FORT LUPTON
Fort Lupton is located in the southern part of Weld County. Fort Lupton is north of Denver, east of DIA, west of Boulder and Greeley is to the north. Fort Lupton is a rural community. This city is pleased to boast of its new golf course with surrounding quality development. Fort Lupton is known for its agriculture community. Fort Lupton is in the Weld County School District 8.

LAFAYETTE
Lafayette is a fast growing community with an eye on the future. Lafayette sits between Denver and Boulder. Once a rural area Lafayette has grown and offers an ideal location to work and play. Lafayette is in the Boulder County School district.

LOUISVILLE
Louisville is close to the Boulder Metro area. Located in the Boulder County school district. Louisville is experiencing fast growth. Louisville offers easy access on I-36 to Boulder and Denver. It offers small town atmosphere in the shadow of the Front Range. Louisville is in the Boulder County School district.

NORTHGLENN
Northglenn is located halfway between downtown Denver and Boulder. Northglenn offers easy access to Interstate Highway 25 North & South and access to the Boulder turnpike (US 36) East. Northglenn is one of the smallest communities in Denver, but has been revitalized by the New Market Place shopping center. Northglenn is in the Adams 12 Five-Star School district.

THORNTON
Thornton’s location provides an ideal environment close to urban and rural settings for homes, recreation and business. Approximately 25 minutes east of DIA with easy access to Denver and Boulder. Thornton is serviced by 2 school districts Five Star and District 50. New schools are currently under construction. The Recreation center boasts of one of the only indoor wave pools. New soccer fields are just adjacent to the recreation center.

The Tri-County Communities DACONO, FIRESTONE, & FREDERICK
Located just 30 minutes’ miles north of Denver in Weld county Dacono, Firestone & Frederick are known as the Tri-towns. The area is 24 miles from DIA. Still very rural with wide-open spaces. Dacono, Firestone & Frederick are agricultural communities. The three independent towns work cooperatively with each other. The Saint Vrain School district serves them.

WESTMINSTER
Westminster is the ninth largest city in the Denver Metropolitan area. The area encompassing 28 square miles. Westminster owns and operates is own water supply and distribution center. Westminster offers easy access to Denver & Boulder. There is a 24-screen AMC movie theater. The city is teamed with Hyland Hills Parks & recreation District and offers a state of the art Water World Water Park, golf courses and soon to be a 3-sheet ice arena. The Butterfly Pavilion is located in Westminster as well. Front Range Community College & College Hill library is located in the city as well to meet the needs of the public and students at the college. Westminster is in the School district 50.
